No issues expected.


iPhone 8 and later can be rapid-charged with chargers rather higher-wattage than the old iPad 10 watt and 12 watt chargers.

Apple specifically lists the 10 watt and 12 watt chargers as permissible with iPhone, too:


Charge your iPhone with an iPad or Mac notebook power adapter - Apple Support


As with charging in general, ensure that the iPhone doesn’t get too hot when charging—some cases can insulate, for instance—but otherwise expect no issues with 10 watt chargers.
