How do I delete a software update already installed on my iPhone 6S

The software updates are not listed in the list of apps.
Then it was already installed and deleted, as JS-1987 suggests.

It is not possible. It is also not possible to downgrade.
If the software was NOT installed, then it can be deleted inside Settings -> General -> iPhone Storage.
