If you are using Setup Assistant when you first set up your new one, then yes.
If you are using Migration Assistant later, it may result in a mess because you initially set up an account. Then, MA will set up another account which will be a duplicate, but will have all the data and passwords. It will take some time to work through that. So, the easiest is to use setup assistant when offered during the initial setup.
