Cannot update my Apple ID settings on new device
When I try to update my Apple ID settings on a new device, it is loading, but nothing is happening. I change the password, and it did not work. Can you help me with that?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
Thanks for your help, Eric. I actually contacted Apple support on the phone. Turned out I had to delete all apps and download them again one by one, which solved an issue.
