Previous responses to this question have not worked. How do I stop the pop up or remove the app that asks me to enter the correct password for this? It constantly pops up when I am driving around.....I do not want to use TWC's wifi...Thank you.

Turn off the accursed “Ask to Join Networks” option in Settings -> Wi-Fi.
If you’ve ever joined a network by this name before, then next time it happens, tap the circled i for that network and select Forget This Network.
