i have tried to update my phone to ios 14.4.2 for a while now but everytime i try it says i am not connected to the internet when i am. i have the iphone 12 pro so it isn’t that the phone doesn’t support it and i don’t think it is the internet either because my mum was able to update her phone.
i have tried restarting network, un downloading the update but nothing seems to work? any ideas?

In quick succession
press and release volume up
press and release volume down
press and hold the side button until the iPhone switches off, continue to hold until you see the Apple logo.
Now try the update again.
