I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max running the current iOS update 14.4.2 and cannot link my Bluetooth to my vehicle for anything other than Apple Music. I cannot receive or make phone calls “hands free” any longer since this new update & seriously need advice how to resolve. I’ve deleted and repaired my phone Bluetooth with my vehicle and there’s no change

Bluetooth on my iPhone 12 Pro also has not worked since the update. Specifically, can’t find my UE Boom speaker. My iPhone 11 still connects fine. Tried every troubleshooting suggestion but nothing works.
