Update 14.4.2 - Bluetooth not working

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max running the current iOS update 14.4.2 and cannot link my Bluetooth to my vehicle for anything other than Apple Music. I cannot receive or make phone calls “hands free” any longer since this new update & seriously need advice how to resolve. I’ve deleted and repaired my phone Bluetooth with my vehicle and there’s no change
