I can’t increase play speed in YouTube

I have resent replaced my old iPhone X to Brand new iPhone 12 mini. The latest iOS. Reinstalled YouTube several times. Rebooted iPhone several times. It didn’t help. I still can’t increase the rate of playback in YouTube. How come? What shall I do?
