the delete app option does not appear when the app jiggles. Going in settings does not give the delete option.

I have completed that action and still cannot delete app. I have iPad Pro 2nd generation. It comes up with edit home screen or share. If I tap edit home screen it just shuts.

I have the same problem with my iPhone! I am not be able to delete those apps in the library even by allowing delete app in the mentioned setting route.

I have checked. Deleting app is allowed
