when i try to delete an app it doesn't give the remove option

my storage says its being almost all used by my apps, but i only have 10 apps loaded.

i cant remove some doesn't give the remove option

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
