I cant delate apps

When I go and delate my apps it just shows remove from Home Screen and not delate, I try going into the storage setting and i still cant

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
