Message pops out “your apple ID has been hacked”

hi,

while browsing on safari a message pops out as your apple id has been hacked and your SIM card will be corrupted soon, please click on link down below to repair, then an app opens up in app store.

i have changed my Apple ID password after that, please suggest and review about this issue, is my iphone is safe now??

Hacked apple id I got a notification a few minutes back that my apple id has been hacked n that my simcard will be corrupted n my contacts n gallery will all be hacked etc etc. As soon as I got the notification i changed my apple id password ..my phone is still working perfectly fine ..what can i do now to stop any untoward outcomes?? Please help

Possibly hacked I just received a message that I have been hacked after visiting an adult website (?? not that I’m aware of) and that I needed to update apple security within so many seconds. Usually o don’t fall for this, but when I clicked on app to take me to app store, which it did, it wasn’t there for me to download. WHAT CAN I DO IMMEDIATELY to protect my data? It's a scam. Ignore it. It was never in danger.
