I forgot my my email and lost my email to my other phone and now I am not able to unlock the Activation lock to my Apple Watch and I’m trying to but I forgot my email and I’m wondering if y’all can help me change the email so I can unlock the activation lock to it

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
Otherwise the watch will be of no use to you.
