Apple watch question

So when I try to pair my apple watch to my phone and I get to activation lock and try to put in my email iCloud and the password it says this email cant be used but I and my brother were sharing it but he unpaired it so basically my question is how do you reset your apple watch to make it brand new with a new could and password just like you got it out of the box thank you!

Your brother should have followed the step in the 'Before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch' section of:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support

Your brother can still follow this procedure:

With a web browser, go to: https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click your Apple Watch, select 'Erase Apple Watch', and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click "X" next to remove your Apple Watch.
