Listen Now / Browse not showing on Music App -BigSur 11.2.3

Recently joined apple music, and when opening the app on my Mac the only option under apple music is "Radio" there is no Browse or Listen Now tabs.

Things I have tried:

Signed in / out of icloud.

Deauthorize / re authorize app

Clear cache

Rebooted numerous times

disabled itunes in preferences and reenabled it

Music is enabled and signed in.. i can listen to what ever I want.. it seems

all to no avail..

it works fine on other devices and both items show but for some reason my Mac is borked.

Under Music > Preferences > Restrictions first restrict Apple Music, then after applying the change unrestrict it and apply.

Reboot your router and then your Mac. Press and hold down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in safe mode.
