Apple Music won't work & won't shut down
Hi everyone,
My Apple music app suddenly stopped functioning properly on my macbook pro 2017, Catalina. All the songs are grayed out (except for the downloaded ones), online features like searching music / new suggestions won't open. It seems I'm disconnected from the internet, but it's working okay. Also, I can't shut the app properly, though force quit helps.
I tried to sign out / to sign it again, but when I type my apple id and password, it's just nothing. Again, like I'm disconnected from the server?.. I can't even "join apple music".
Please help!
