Forgot Apple ID password

Hello Anthony I tried to go to my account because the Apple ID keeps me asking my password help I don’t know this password to sign in to my Apple ID email but pop ups are annoying things on Apple ID and App Store account sometimes password in this Apple ID is incorrect now
