How do I update safari on my imac?

It does not have any updates in my system preferences and I don't have the lastest update 14.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your iMac is a 2012 or newer model, click on Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. If not, you can't; Safari 14 isn't available for High Sierra or earlier.

Safari is part of macOS and there are no standalone updaters. If the Software Update preference panel does not offer an update then Safari 14 is not compatible with your current system.

Your profile indicates you are currently on macOS High Sierra (10.13). The latest version of Safari for High Sierra is 13.1.2 so you cannot update to Safari 14.
