Ford Sync Bluetooth “Glitching”

Hello,

I have an iPhone 11 and am at iOS 14.4.2 and have a 2020 Ford Escape. I play music via Spotify and connect via Bluetooth. I can connect to Sync easily, but I often hear a “glitch” or a slight “skip” (like a record skipping). Ford looked at it and couldn’t replicate the problem - the tech had an android. Ford Sync is up to date. I also tried Pandora and had the same issue. Could it be my phone?
