iPhone 11 Max Pro color turned to look like a photograph negative

My iPhone 11 Max Pro all the colors on my phone, wallpapers, apps, websites everything looks like a negative. My phone is all updated and I believe this started after the last update. I happened a few days ago and played with it like crazy and and set it down and miraculously it fixed itself. I was so happy until yesterday when it happened again.

I changed my background so I could at least see the icons a little more clearly. The dark mode in all the places where you can change it is off. Where Siri was turn off by itself I turned it on and seems to be working fine.

HELP PLEASE!!!

I was going to screenshot the home screen but funny enough when I looked at it on my Windows computer, it was "normal."

So I had to take a pic with my computer.
