anti-reflection coating problem

I'm having my 2019 MacBook Pro's anti glare coating wearing off on the display. Apple claims the program they have supports only 2017 MacBooks, but my the latest ones aren't in it. So disappointing and frustrating as they wouldn't do anything about it. NO feedbacks nor complaints with the apple support seem to resolve my issue, what should I do?

Are you sure the spots are not smudges? I have seen smudges when cleaning the display of the later models and sometimes the smudges appear just like the anti-reflective coating issue (I've been temporarily fooled by this multiple times). It usually takes repeated buffing to remove the smudges. Make sure this is not your issue, by using a clean cloth.

If you really have an anti-reflective coating issue, then currently your only option is to pay to have the Display Assembly replaced if you want to get rid of the problem for now.

You can try contacting Apple corporate to report the problem to see if they would allow a repair exception to be made for your situation, but it is highly unlikely the current Apple culture will allow this. In that case your only option is to provide Apple product feedback here:

https://www.apple.com/feedback/

Or you can check with your local consumer protection laws.
