If you followed the steps in the support document you came from, and the subscription does not appear then it was either not activated with that Apple ID, or was activated on a non Apple device or their website.
IF you are sure you started the subscription with the Apple ID you are currently using and not with a different one, or on a n on apple device, then contact Apple support as suggested in the support document.
Otherwise, contact Fitness Pal support and see if they can find your account to cancel it.
