Signal Issues I experiencing an issue with my Phone 10XS which is a year & 1yr & 1mnth Old now. It hasn’t seem to be able to pick up a signal & constantly searches. I have done the following: Rebooted the device Reset the network settings Changed from 4g to 3G Switched airplane mode on & off. I purchased my device in another country & am now been told by my local apple representative that they can do nothing for me, I must take my device to the country where I purchased my device which sounds a little backwards to me for an organisation like Apple. How can I see this is resolved ?

Mobile data problem in EU I am unable to get mobile data, on my iPhone 5s, whilst in France. I have a phone signal, 3G and the mobile data, in settings, is switched on (green flag showing). Help!

You have to check with your phone service provider.
