Why does my music keep pausing

I noticed a few weeks after I got my 11 that my music would keep randomly pausing originally I thought it was my music app so I changed it and surely enough 3 apps later it still randomly pauses my music in a span of 10 minutes it did it twice and gets worse when I’m using data

Long pause before next song is playable When I play a song in Apple Music there is a very long pause before it starts. • This happens everywhere except for at home • When I swipe from the top right down it reveals a little window that indicated that the last song is still playing when in fact it is not. • I am using an iPad (6th gen) with iOS 15.4 but it did on previous versions of the iOS as well • I have over 11GB available capacity • I use this iPad only for playing backing tracks at gigs so smooth playback is detrimental to my business • This occurs not only from playback through Apple Music but also through an app called OnSong. OnSong reports no issues with their app in this regard and refers me to Apple • This occurs through Apple Music playback as well as playback through other apps • No other apps need to be running other than Apple Music to reproduce this problem • It occurs whether connected to a network or not
