I lost or it’s gone missing my Apple Watch series 3. The watch was not set up in iCloud. I tried to find the location of my watch but I could not. Is it possible to find through its serial number if it is not connected with Wifi or cellular?

Find My cannot be enabled remotely.
And if Find My is not enabled, there is no means for users to track locations.
I could not literally remember when I last saw it. It might drop from my wrist or somewhere in the house. I don’t think it got a internet connection because I didn’t find last 3 days and no charge I reckon. Do you have any further advice. Thank you for your reply:)
The watch needs some form of internet connection in order to find it online,try and remember where you last saw it and start from there.
I'm afraid not,although one member on this forum borrowed a metal detector and found his watch inside the couch.
