I have a situation with finding my apple watch. Can you advise me if there is any chance to find it because at that time it was not paired with my I phone? I lost it on my holiday and I am not sure if I misplaced it or it was stolen. Is there a possibility to see the location through serial number?

The ONLY way you can find your watch is the old fashioned, trace your steps method. If it's not paired with your iPhone there is no electronic way to find it.

i don’t think there really is a way unfortunately
you can only view your device’s location if it’s connected to your apple id/paired with your iphone
maybe you should try contacting apple support?
