macbook air m1 water spilt in lid while closed

spilt a little water on my macbook air m1 while lid is closed. saw a drop of water inside the spine/ hinge but still works properly. water did not seep through the keyboard. since the new m1 MacBook doesn't have any openings like vents anywhere, is it gonna be fine?

Potential Water Damage on Hinge Hello, I recently spilt water on my open laptop screen which slid into the hinge of the computer. There was no contact on the keyboard or speakers. No water was found underneath the laptop. Can my laptop be damaged by water through the hinge? Thank you

Will not be able to guess unless you have Apple have a look at it and assess if there is any damage or not. I'd suggest you do have it checked just to make sure all is well.
