Battery health

my phone is just 2 months and its already on 98% battery health? Can the battery be replaced or swap to a newer one?

No, that is pretty normal, and does not indicate a faulty battery. Battery health will gradually drop over the batteries lifetime. You don't need to worry about it until it gets down to 80% at which time it should be replaced.
