Mail Error Message - "Mail was unable to open this mailbox on the server “p44-imap.mail.me.com"

Recently I am having issues moving unwanted emails into trash and also emptying my bin etc. I keep getting the following error message.

"Mail was unable to open this mailbox on the server “p44-imap.mail.me.com

The server returned the error: Server Busy. Please try again later. (took 18 ms)"

I have not changed any settings and this error message has only recently started to happen. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

Device or computer? Have you tried deleting the account and adding it back?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try?
