i bought used apple i phone six in few weeks ago. But sometimes my screen touch not working properly. What can I do for it?

Unresponsive touch screen what could be my problem if my phone works fine not cracked broken or anything. But my touch screen does not work. I’ve reset it and everything and still nothing. It’s not this phone it’s one I just bought. It’s a 6s plus

Use a third party repair service and Apple will not work on a device that has been tampered with.
