Photo shop express on my iPad pro

I have set preferences for pgn transparent background on Photo Shop Mix on my iPad Pro but it will not give a transparent background. What’s up?

Help with background on pngs importing to procreate.. I’m trying to upload a png to procreate app to edit but my iPad is making a white backgrounds to all my pngs that were transparent so now when I import it the background is there and so annoying! It didn’t use to happen, feel like it was a recent update with Apple maybe? Please help!

Transparent Images I’m an artist who relies on importing and exporting transparent images. Currently I’ve had issues with PNG files not saving as transparent in my gallery. (Sometimes the transparent image saves properly, but then the image becomes low res with a filled background a few minutes later) I’ve tinkered with my iPad settings and drawing app settings, nothing has resolved the problem. Example: As shown in the image, the drawing has a filled background while the thumbnail (circled in red) is shown as transparent. I’ve tried texting/emailing, and even just pinching and zooming in on the image, and none of these have fixed the issue. Does anyone know a way to fix this? Or have any possible fixes?

Previously used png transparent photos now showing with solid white background Since update to iOS 16.3.1 all my saved (thousands) of png transparent photos are now turning up in my edits as solid white and causing massive extra work. Is this an update caused problem and is there a fix coming? Is there a way to restore their transparency without doing individual images trying to return to original? Some are just too intricate for manual. These were literally working fine a couple days ago and only common link is iOS update on phone and iPad.
