Email address can never be reused?

Once an email address has been used as an Apple ID, it can't be used again, even if the first Apple ID was deleted, for just this reason.

How to delete your Apple ID account.         

If that is what support told you then you must assume it to be accurate. It also is in agreement with what I have seen others post on this forum over the years. An Apple ID provides access to purchases made with that ID. If somebody who was a different person from the first user should eventually be able to re-use an email address then they would have access to items they had no right to be able to access.

It's interesting that Apple has recommended a statement that it is impossible to corroborate using any of Apple's documentation. I don't doubt it is true since user reports support it. I'm going to use this as a reference for future replies to this question since it kind of makes it official.

I have deleted my apple id one year ago my that id was linked to (yahoo) email account now the problem is that my that email id was recycle and is now used by someone else

I just want to know that will that person be able to create an apple id on that email and will he able to have access to my data on that id that i have deleted?

I am asking this because last year when i deleted my Apple Id I received confirmation email from Apple that says your Id has been deleted but this time i have not received any confirmation email

You should NEVER delete your Apple ID unless absolutely necessary and just wanting new one because will almost always create issues with purchased content, subscriptions, iCloud. etc. I have had the same AppleId for over 15 years now and live blissfully in the ecosystem.

That's not a good reason for deleting an Apple ID. Going forward, avoid doing that.

When you delete the ID, all data tied to the ID is deleted.

So no one can re-use that email to create apple id??
