My iPhone is new, less than a year. When I start using it gets very hot, like warming up.
What should I do? Is it a battery problem? Honestly, I avoid using my cellphone when it's hot, I already deleted a lot of apps, and photos, when I'm not using I turn in airplane mode, and still hot, I have a lot of space in memory and not use when it's charging. I'm extremely careful.

I’m getting the same thing. I’ve just noticed I stop listening to the podcast app it cools back down very rapidly and stays cool unless I open the podcast app again. That’s a bit of an issue since there are a few daily news casts I listen to.
no worries. That’s how energy is used. At times you might even feel your charger get hot. It recommended that you either not utilize or limit your utilization of your iPhone whilst it’s recharging.
I have Iphone 11 running on 14.5.1. Most of the times my phone gets very hot when I am on call :( or while using an app
I have reset the phone once to test and it gets hot while I am on call. it becomes so hot that I will keep it on a ice bag.
I wish someone has a fix for this.
This happens to me as well when I’m listening to music but then the app will close and I have to keep on letting it stay cool but my phone is also like 2 yrs old (it’s an iPhone 8)
My I phone gets so hot I can’t touch it and only turning on airplane fixes it but once off gets hot again
