Is there a way to share purchases but not payment? So the my dad and mom dont use my card every time they buy something?

There isn't a way they can use their credit card.

Have them buy/redeem Apple Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.

Apple Card

Gift cards redeem.

Gift Card - can’t redeem.
