Purchased from apple.com -- minutes later received call from 1-800-692-7753

I made my first purchase from Apple.com -- minutes later I received a call from 1-800-692-7753 which was identified as "Apple" on my phone. I did not answer, I never do. Instead I did a search for this number and many websites list this as a phishing/scam phone number.

Is this true?

Has this happened to others?

How was a third-party aware of my Apple purchase?

I made the purchase from Apple.com using an Apple device, is there a breach within Apple? Should I be concerned that either my device or account has been compromised?

Where can I review login history for my Apple ID?

Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back.

As a precaution, change your password.

Apple ID Password Change.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

There isn't of your login history.

I don't know the answers to your other questions.
