Please explain further. This makes no sense.
So when it so critical threat, it tells you to download apps if I download them and then get rid of them am I safe?

I will guess that you are safe. It sounds like you had a scam message but by not entering any personal information you are fine.
I’m not sure if I did but if your write thank you, if did and I am not safe what shall I do
Simple things to do would be to change your Apple ID password and enable 2 factor authentication.
