Red Border on Screen

Hi guys,

I just bought a new Bluetooth wireless keyboard and mouse for my iPad. They seem to be working well, but I noticed that sometimes a red border appears on my screen ever since I started using them. Sometimes it’s surrounding the whole screen, but sometimes it surrounds a specific area, like a sidebar. I’m assuming this is meant to happen and that it is not any sort of bug, but could anybody please explain to me what it is and how I can prevent it coming on my screen?

Thanks.

Use of an external bluetooth keyboard alone will not be the source of a fault on the iPad. As described, you perhaps have an Accessibility feature enabled - such as Voiceover; boxes that surround screen elements are know as a Voice-over cursor.

To diagnose and identify the source, you need to access your Accessibility settings and disable them.
