CarPlay is connected but doesn’t show up on screen

Since a few days ago CarPlay on my 2021 Skoda Fabia has been playing up.

As suggested in the title I can connect to CarPlay (Spotify plays, Siri works) but nothing comes up on the screen. I just get the regular Skoda infotainment screen.

Other people are able to plug their iPhones into the USB port and CarPlay is working for them fine (screen and all).

I have an iPhone SE from 2020. Running IOS 14.2.

Have tried restarting phone and car.
