Hi, I keep getting this error message (MZCommerce.Secure3dV2StepUp.Mint_explanation) while trying to update iCloud storage on iPhone 7 and entering payment information. The error pops up on the top of the screen and it won't continue. Same thing happens on iCloud for windows.
Please help.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.
Please see the screenshot above. I’m sorry for Dutch language but the error message is in English on top. I tried updating iOS and restarting the iPhone. Also tried to upgrade using iCloud for windows without any luck
