Passcode expires pop-up

I A pop-up that is requiring me to change my passcode because it expired. If I hit later tells me that I have within an hour to change it. I’ve never had this happen before so I’m trying to figure out whether it is to real or not if not how do you remove it

Hello Singe227,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some questions about a pop up you are seeing about changing the passcode on your iPhone. We are happy to provide some guidance.

Normally there wouldn't be a time limit on your screen about changing your passcode for Apple services. Does the pop up indicate which passcode it is asking for? It sounds like it may be a phishing pop up from a web page:

Keep us updated on which passcode it is asking you to change.

Best Regards.
