You are welcome. Have you checked the Applications folder to see if you can open it from there? Have you checked for an update to for the application? Deleted the application and downloaded a new copy?
How is it blocked? What happens when you try to access the application? Error message(s)?
Control click on the Application and select Move to Trash. Then go to the App Store to download a new copy of the application.
Thanks, Eric. When I select the app from my drop-down list, all I get is an icon with a circle with a diagonal through it, i.e. it's blocked. Or at least not accessible to me. Interestingly, I seem to be able to access Microsoft messages via Facebook, but it's kind of a pain. (Granted, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to this kind of thing._
I cannot open it from the Applications folder. I don't see any update possibilities. Can you tell me how I can safely delete the app and download a new copy?
Thank you, Eric. You solved my problem.
You are welcome. Glad to help.
