Hello, citation and bibliography are not included in the pages section of my macbook.I downloaded the application but it does not work

Copy/paste from Notes to Pages does not work On my new Macbook Pro, when I write in Notes and want to transfer to Pages for better editing, I highlight all in Notes and paste into Pages. I get a word count...but no visible text except a few strange red lines like tiny text sentences at various points in the document. I always did the same thing with my old Airbook and never had this issue. I'm working on a deadline for an article and am so frustrated by this! How to fix it?

Notes App on Mac: Copy / Paste does not work When I try and copy and paste from my MacBook Pro Apple Notes Application I only get a lower case 'e' that pastes into the new document or within the same note. I cannot paste into emails. I tried pasting into Pages to see if there was a cross-software glitch. It also does not work there. I entered it into help section of the app, got the suggestion to make sure 'substitutions' was clicked w/ a check in edit tab - no clue what that was supposed to do. This effectively makes notes pretty useless. Disappointing. Any fixes out there? Thanks.
