I keep getting charged for iCloud storage

I had upgraded to 50gb storage a long time ago, but I never saw the storage size change. Even after that, I kept getting charged $0.99 every month. Today ehen I checked subscriptions, it says that I pay $0.99 every 2nd of the month, but I don't have the upgraded storage! I try to cancel it, but it says I'm on 5gb and not 50.
