How do I delete NOTO fonts?

Noto fonts are making my font selection in Photoshop, etc. very, very, very difficult. USELESS FONTS!!!!

They can't be deleted as they are part of the system: Fonts included with macOS Big Sur - Apple Support

Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added to the system via Feedback - macOS - Apple.
