My rented movie won’t play

I rented a movie on my Apple app on my PS5. And it won’t play .

Rented movies from the iTunes Store can stream on a single device at a time (and optionally downloaded on a 2nd device, for offline use). Please close the Apple TV app or iTunes application on any other device with the same Apple ID account, then try again.

If the issue persists, then contact the iTunes Store staff.
