Perhaps your macOS needs upgrade to later version ~ there, Safari

would be upgraded to newer version, too. These upgrade together.

Your mac may or not be suited for latest macOS, yet newer one may

be available to upgrade and there, newer system resources exist.

Third-party browsers are available, should you need to

keep using software no longer upgraded, in macOS.

(Firefox, Brave, and other good browsers can work well.)
