Phone 11 unable to call specific numbers

I just swapped the other day from iPhone 7 to iPhone 11, the problem was I cannot call from iPhone 11 to our house (landline), and also I cannot call from iPhone 11 to my brother from the Philippines. And also, Pandora's reception was gone several miles driving? will you please help?

Calls are a service provided by your cellular voice provider. You will need to contact them to be sure that the cellular service you are getting from them provide these types of calls.
