Phishing email

I was notified today by email that I have $199 due for a renewal on iTunes. I did not order this nor will I pay for it. I called your telephone number on the email and the gentleman told me that I had to go to my computer, well I dont have a computer I have an iPad. please straighten this out for me.

There is a 99.9999999% chance it is a phishing attempt.


It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

If you provided your Apple ID and password at the bogus site, change your password immediately.
