I can’t cancel my subscription

I had downloaded an app that had a free trial. I used up the free trial but I forgot to turn off the auto renewal and just uninstalled the app. On settings in subscriptions, it says that my subscription to the app has expired but I'm still getting emails where it says I've been billed. I'm not sure if it's a scam but it seems pretty legit to me. Please help! The app is still there on my subscriptions but I cannot click on it.When I click on the Subscription it just becomes blank

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
