iMessage notification dictation not working with Apple Watch in Korean!

Hi!

can anyone help me answer my question? I have Apple Watch 6. The problem I have is that when I get iMessage on notification and I switch to Korean language to use dictation, it does not work. However, it works totally fine on the actual iMessage app on Apple Watch. Only on notification it does not work (picks up Korean language sound in English-so basically does not work). Apple support and I did try everything and they don’t know the answer by now. I just want to know if this is something it is simply not built in on Apple Watch to pick up my dictation in Korean on iMessage notification when they designed the watch because on third party app notification, my Korean dictation works just fine! I have exchanged to another Apple Watch 6 and same thing! The technician I talked to at Genius Bar said he knows Spanish and one more language worked just fine on his customers’ watches. Is it only Korean? Or is there anything else I could try!?
